Front Office system is designed for operation in institutions with large network of customer contact points. It is ideal for postal organizations, banks, insurance companies, TELCO/Utility and government institutions that require personal customer contact at a physical counter. Thanks to outstanding flexibility and scalability it allows combining different services operated by multiple institutions on one counter with single attendant.
Front office system primarily works in on-line mode. In case of network infrastructure failure, however, it is possible to continue working in off-line mode that offers a slightly limited functionality. Data is stored on local computer and sent to server automatically after restoring connection.
Postal Services Module
We offer a solution that automates postal services such as reception, logistics and delivery of letters and parcels. It is possible to integrate our system to other internal or external systems of postal organization and thus eliminate problems such as data inconsistency or duplicity. It is possible to manage thousands of users and workplaces and create millions of transactions/operations.
The solution for financial services sector automates incoming and outgoing payments of joint collection of utility payments (SIPO), pension and social benefit payments, postal money orders and Western Union financial operations such as sending and receiving cash to/from abroad or within Slovak republic in case the customer does not know recipient’s bank account.
Our solution automates all banking services like creation of standard or saving accounts, passbooks or term deposits, including cash and non-cash transactions for these accounts.
Our solution automates different submissions for eGovernment services, payments and reimbursement of payment orders and at the same time ensures conversion of documents from documentary (paper) to electronic form and vice-versa. It is also possible to automatically read customer’s personal data by accepting eID.
Our company developed a solution that provides on-line integration with information system of telco operator during customer interaction, whether it is a registration of SIM card, mediation of phone number transfer, recharging of voice and/or data credit, submission of various requests, or phones sale. It is also possible to use the functionality of warehousing for SIM cards, phones and accessories as well as settlement with telco operator.
Solution for retail sales offers interconnection with fiscal printer and barcode scanner. It is possible to import products and update number of individual entries during goods arival. Current state of the warehouse is automatically updated based on sales transactions.
Solution for complaints and claims allows recording complaints or claims from the moment of their submission until their final conclusion. The whole process is fully automated; customer is informed about the outcome of complaint or claim processing. The solution also offers the possibility of system integration with third party information systems.
